Ottoman Empire Map
editI have noticed that you have repeatedly reverted the default setting of the map to show the borders in 1914. This makes as little sense as displaying the borders of the Roman Empire in 1453 as a default map. It was not clear at all, to me at least, what your rationale was. I looked at your notes, but did not make sense to me. Let us know in the talk page of the article if there is an overwhelming reason for your selection of 1914 default. Otherwise, I suggest you refrain from repeated reverts that are ruled out by Wiki policies. Thanks.
- The Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire are vague terminologies, Romans undergo a different transformation with different style of regimes. So stop showing examples of other articles. Ottoman Empire was a single state with the same regime. Beshogur (talk) 10:10, 5 September 2024 (UTC)
