This is not the same Fazlur Rahman who was the first Pakistani Education Minister, is it? Could we have a disambiguation between this Fazlur Rahman, that Fazlur Rahman, the architect Fazlur Rahman Khan, and the Islamic leader Fazl ul-Rahman, who also has a page on here? -- TinaSparkle 23:20, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

I came across this promising Draft:Hermeneutics of feminism in Islam (relating to women's rights) and myself supported the same editorially too. IMO since topic potential is vast many Reliable sources on Google scholar seem to be available hence the article needs more editorial hands for some more update and expansion along with appropriate references.

Pl. do join to update and expansion, your help will be most welcome.

Thanks and regards

Hello,

I just added a new area to Fazlur Rahman's wiki page for a university class. I hope I did it right since this is the first time adding to wikipidea. Ashthygesen (talk) 02:33, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think the article in its current state is biased towards some of the supposed views of Rahman as they relate to feminism. They might be relevant but should never occupy a central place in Rahman's biography. This genuinely undermines other aspects of his works which should get prominence in his bio, such as Rahman's take on interaction of Islam with modernity, and so on.
