Sectioning Off

[edit]

Currently, this template is just a list of neighborhoods, with almost no information provided about them until you click on the page. What would people think about sectioning off the neighborhoods by quadrant? All but a few are unambiguously within one quadrant, and it would provide some helpful context. --YbborTalk 00:15, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Template too big

[edit]

The Template:Neighborhoods in Washington, D.C. is too big so i spilt it by Wards

Mr Taz (talk) 21:06, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That looks fine to me, but since we don't have separate articles for each ward's neighborhoods, why not link each one to [[List_of_neighborhoods_of_the_District_of_Columbia_by_ward#Ward_X]].
Unrelated, but what's this "in the Washington City" nonsense? Shouldn't it read, for example, Neighborhoods in Ward One of Washington, D.C. --Peter Talk 00:03, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have no idea. Is anyone planning on actually using these? If not, I'm going to batch-nom them for deletion. They're uniformly badly-formatted, and the main template isn't too big, it just needs to be organised better. Any objections? → ROUX  20:22, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. The templates are no good. APK that's not my name 14:01, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Template too large?

[edit]

Hi. This template is too large and may be why Ward 8 neighborhoods have disappeared. -epicAdam(talk) 21:52, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Ward 8 problem was a result of a missing '='. It's fixed. Not sure if the template is too large. The goal of my edits to remove the 'sides' of the city was to shorten the template. Fitnr (talk) 22:06, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Great. Thanks for the help. Best, epicAdam(talk) 22:36, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
