"Unraveling" is the official first single off the album Cold Day Memory by American rock band Sevendust. On February 5, 2010, the song made its debut on Sirius XM's Octane station. "Unraveling" was the highest charting single of the band's career up to that point, peaking at No. 7 on the Mainstream Rock and No. 29 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs charts; however, the band's single "Everything" surpassed it in 2023, which peaked at No. 6 and No. 27 on the same respective charts.[3]

The song was released via iTunes on March 2, 2010.

The video for the song premiered April 20, 2010 on MTV2 and MTV2.com. Directed by Rafa Alcantara, the video showcases live performances combined with footage from the DVD.[4]
