Upgrade Subscription

To change your plan from your Branch Dashboard:

1. In the left-hand navigation, under CONFIGURE, click on Account Settings.
2. From the Account Settings page, click on the Billing tab.
3. Click the Change Plan button to upgrade your subscription.

3. Select your new plan and click Change Plan.

When you upgrade, the subscription will change immediately. This may cause pro-rated charges on your next invoice. If you have additional questions or need help upgrading, please reach out to [email protected].

Change Subscribed Products

To change which products you're subscribed to from your Branch Dashboard:

1. In the left-hand navigation, under CONFIGURE, click on Account Settings.
2. From the Account Settings page, click on the Billing tab.
3. In the Subscribed Products section:
   1. Click Cancel next to the product you wish to no longer use, then click Yes, Turn off to verify.
   2. Click Learn More to be taken to the onboarding page for the product you wish to start using.
