Devil City
The Devil Cities (デビルシティ, Debiru Shiti) are large towers situated above major Earth cities around the world. In the year 2071, humanity had been near annihilated by Diablo and are in his servitude, with any remaining human survivors enslaved on land.
History[]
In 1971, the demon Diablo's stamp was found in an expedition for Fenix but was stolen by Shocker for their own malicious purposes. After an experiment on attempted escapee Ryunosuke Momose, Diablo was unleashed but sealed away again after Shocker deemed him uncontrollable. In 2021, Diablo was awoken alongside the Crispers by the Deadmans and succeeded in creating their star pentagram. Revice and Saber were unable to defeat him, and Diablo gained full control over the fate of the human race.
By 2071, many of the populated human cities including Shibuya, Tokyo remained ruined while the devils built large towering cities over them. The Devil Rider Corps served as the de-facto "police" while terrorizing what was left of humanity by taking on the appearances of past villain Kamen Riders.
These cities alongside Ryunosuke who traveled back in time with the Cyclotron Driver were erased from existance following Diablo's death in 2021.
