The Form Baton is an object in WarioWare: Smooth Moves.

Description[]

The Form Baton is an old Wii Remote intended to represent the player's Wii Remote while playing microgames, and all in-game instructions use "Form Baton" as the name for the player's Wii Remote. The Form Baton has different modes, or "forms," on how it is held. The Form Baton has 19 different forms, with each microgame having a specific form, affecting the controls. Before the player is about to play their first microgame with a certain form, a Form Explanation is shown on-screen, giving the player instructions on how the form is used while playing a microgame.

The Form Baton has a Nunchuk counterpart, the Balance Stone, which is shown in Orbulon's microgames.

During his stage, Wario upon the Form Baton after crash-landing into the Temple of Form. He soon discovers that the Form Baton's use varies depending on how it is held, corresponding to the different forms the Wii Remote is held as the player plays throughout the microgames.
