He is a security guard that usually appears along with Dave. When a Nigel B. Whistlebottom blows a whistle. He will enter the room attack by either commanding Dave to attack Wario or by rolling into him. Like with all of the guard-related enemies, Sergeant Houndstooth cannot be defeated but any attack from Wario can stun him for awhile.
