The USS Theseus (NCV-88050) was a 26th century[1] Federation starship, the Theseus-class temporal escort prototype in Starfleet service in the in the 2550s[2] decade. (STO website: Agents of Yesterday: 26th Century Ship Stats)

The Theseus design was based on the 23rd century Perseus-class escort. (STO - Agents of Yesterday mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
The USS Perseus was active in the late 2260s and early 2270s decades. (STO website: Agents of Yesterday: 23rd Century Ship Stats)
The ships shared the arrangement of its components, consisting of a saucer section with a navigational deflector at the bow and the bridge situated in the dorsal center. A shuttlebay sat at the aft end of a short engineering hull that connected directly into the saucer. Downswept nacelle pylons extended from either side of the secondary hull, each holding a warp nacelle. (STO - Agents of Yesterday mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
Active service[]
The Theseus class.
The Theseus was active around by the year 2554, and participated with its sister ships in the Battle of Procyon V between the Federation and the Temporal Liberation Front. Its registry number contained the NCV prefix. (STO - Future Proof mission: "Ragnarok")
It was one of several 26th century starships that entered Starfleet service in 2409 due to time travel and that era's participation in the Temporal Cold War. (STO - Agents of Yesterday mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
Theseus in 2410.
From 2410 onward[5], the Theseus represented its class in the Starfleet Shipyards Operations interface. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
Khitomer Alliance flag officer in, or aligned with, Starfleet, deployed Theseus for missions around the galaxy's four quadrants as part of the four-quadrant strategy. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock", admiralty system)
