Theta Gamma (or the Theta system) was a star system, located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, in Federation space at coordinates 2.09N 3.05E.

This system's name simply contains two Greek language letters: theta and gamma, without any other stellar notation system's point of reference regarding its location.

History and specifics[]

The Theta Gamma system's orbit was the location of a number of planets, including a Federation colony on the seventh planet, Theta VII. (FASA RPG module: The Federation)

This system was in the general vicinity of Argelius system and the Federation-Romulan Neutral Zone. (FASA RPG module: Trader Captains and Merchant Princes, 1st edition)

In TNG video game: Birth of the Federation, the orbital configuration of the game map star systems was randomly generated each time a new game started.
