The USS Triumph (NCC-26228) was a Federation starship, a Miranda-class class XI cruiser starship, specifically of the mk I Reliant-subclass, in service to Starfleet in the 23rd century.

Construction of the Triumph was completed on reference stardate 2/1509, in the latter part of the 2270s decade.

Triumph was missing and presumed lost by stardate 2/1706 when it failed to transmit a scheduled report. The USS Regulator was dispatched to search for the Triumph only to be lost as well. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
