Evaldo Gouveia

Evaldo Gouveia de Oliveira (August 8, 1928 – May 29, 2020), better known as simply Evaldo Gouveia, was a Brazilian singer-songwriter. His works were MPB.[1] He was born in Orós, Ceará. Gouveia released seven studio albums and many plays, most of them featuring fellow singers Adelino Moreira and Jair Amorim.

On May 29, 2020, Gouveia died in Fortaleza, Ceará at the age 91 from COVID-19.[1]
