Beauty is worth. Love, at times, can also be worth. Worth is derived from necessity and desire. It bestows intelligent life-forms with a sense of fulfillment. Worth is what humans depend on. Therefore... As the god of love and beauty, I control everything about you. So long as you are thinking, intelligent beings, humans will never be a match for gods. Hehe... Hehe, haha, ahahahahahahahah! You pitiful organic life-forms only just learned to walk on two feet! You do not even know how pathetically small and fragile you are! Compared to we children of Chaos... We who crossed the sea of stars, and even know the whereabouts of the glittering Tannhäuser mirror world plane in the outer universe... You pitiful humans... are simply too tiny and powerless for words!
~ Aphrodite establishing her Authority over Chaldea

Summary

Aphrodite (アフロディーテ Afurodīte?) is an Ancient God and a member of the Twelve Machine Gods, first appearing as a supporting antagonist in the Atlantic Lostbelt of Fate/Grand Order.

Thousands of years ago, Aphrodite was one of many ships fragmented from Chaos to find a planet suitable for harvesting resources after the extinction of their civilization, eventually arriving on Earth during the Age of Gods where she was deified alongside the other Olympians and established the ancient civilization of Atlantis. With the arrival of the Velber fleet in 12,000 B.C., the Olympians were caught in a conflict with Sefar that would be known as the Leucusmachia, where in Proper Human History their Aletheia were destroyed and they were reduced to Divine Spirits. However, in the Lostbelt's history, thanks to Zeus' intervention, they were able to destroy Sefar and retain their true bodies, allowing them to maintain their divine rule up to the present day without the Age of Gods decaying. Eventually, the other Olympians believed that it was time for them to let humanity handle themselves, but disagreements with Zeus led to the Olympiamachia and left the other Olympians either killed or reprogrammed to serve Zeus, Aphrodite herself having completely lost her ability to understand love.

Powers and Stats

Tier: 1-C, possibly higher

Name: Aphrodite (Formally known as Large-Scale Sapients Education Terminal Aphrodite)

Origin: Fate/Grand Order

Gender: Female

Age: Over 14,000 years old

Classification: Machine God, Member of the Olympians

Powers and Abilities:

Attack Potency: Complex Multiverse level[Statistics Values 1], possibly higher (As a result of retaining her Aletheia, Aphrodite is much stronger than her Proper Human History counterpart, who was able to empower Nero to access her Saber Venus form. Should be comparable to Artemis, making her much stronger than Super Orion and, by extension, Goetia and Tiamat[Statistics Values 2])

Speed: Immeasurable (As a high-class God, she should be unbound from the time axis)

Lifting Strength: Immeasurable (Stronger than Tiamat, whose existence was that of a four-dimensional pocket with infinite volume)

Striking Strength: Complex Multiverse level, possibly higher

Durability: Complex Multiverse level, possibly higher (Comparable to Artemis, whom Super Orion wasn't able to harm without a special Divine Construct created by Hephaestus and sacrificing his Grand status to strengthen himself)

Stamina: Virtually Infinite

Range: Complex Multiversal (Similar to Artemis, whose Noble Phantasm can destroy the planet, including Avalon.[Statistics Values 1])

Standard Equipment: None notable

Intelligence: Alongside the other Olympians, Aphrodite has a deep understanding of the world thanks to her nature as a goddess that's ruled it for the last 14,000 years, being a critical component in allowing the prehistoric civilization of Atlantis to become an extremely technologically advanced civilization that lasted up to the present day. Aphrodite's role in particular was in the education of sapient lifeforms, making her one of the more directly responsible of the Olympians for Atlantis' growth and prosperity as a civilization. However, after the Olympiamachia, she was reprogrammed by Zeus to lose her capacity for love, making her extremely sadistic and callous with essentially no regard for human life.

Weaknesses: Aphrodite is fairly arrogant, believing that no matter what they do humans can't measure up to the gods, and largely relies on her Authority for offense.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Authority (權能けんのう Kennō?): As a God, Aphrodite possesses Authorities, special powers distinct from Code Casts, Noble Phantasms, and Skills in that while they achieve results based on some logical process or principle, an Authority realizes a result simply because the user has the right to do so. Authorities are powers on the level of world construction, and can be powers such as event shifting, time manipulation, causality manipulation, manipulation of concepts they embody, kingdom-building and other powers on that level. The Gods originally used their Authorities during the Age of Gods to shape the world, build kingdoms and advance civilization. But as time went, humanity advanced to the point that Authorities became unnecessary.

  • Authority of Love (あい權能けんのう Ai no Kennō?): Aphrodite's Authority as the Goddess of Love. Allows for the manipulation of neural functions, including cognition, recognition and sensations, as well as redefining one's values, psyche and ego. It also allows for wide-scale psychic attacks to brainwash any sapient targets into doing what she wishes, including killing each other, even if the victim possesses a high rank of Magic Resistance, or the ability to detach their consciousness from their mind.

Mind Hack Mycenae: Thou Art the Ardor that Corrupts the Stars (汝、星を紊す情動マインド・ハック・ミュケーナイ Maindo Hakku Myukēnai?): Aphrodite's Noble Phantasm, a song of love heard in the target's soul. A form of Mental Pollution, it seizes control of both the brain and the soul to force whoever hears the song to kill whatever they hold dear, even as it sings of love and affection. Regardless if the victim has the ability to sever their consciousness from their mind, the song still forces their body to carry out this command, and would eventually consume their consciousness as well. While this song is ultimately neutralized by Flucticulus Diana, it would have caused Chaldea to completely destroy itself after its initial resistance.
