Summary

Gui Zu or Ghost Ancestor was a mysterious man trapped on the Floating Continent for 2000 years prior to the Embodiments Fusion with it. When he was just a Saint King, he had his wife and kid killed and attempted to avenge them. He was injured in the process and escaped to the Chaotic Dead Zone where he was forced in and trapped inside the Floating Continent. During his 2000-year stay, he was able to increase his cultivation to First Order Origin King Realm. Upon Yang Kai's arrival, he collaborated with him using his space principles to create a way out of the Floating Continent.

Gui Zu reunites with Yang Kai when The Emperor Garden opens and ends up joining High Heaven Sect when he learns that the sect has multiple Origin King Grade Alchemists, and many Origin Returning Realm Cultivators. With his swift decision, Yang Kai presents him with the position of Supreme Elder.

• Divine Sense: A basic ability every Immortal Ascension Boundary cultivator wields. It allows them to view everything within a set amount of kilometers and attack the soul with it.
• Domain: Shi is a power that all Origin Returning Cultivators possess. Although it is called Shi, it is not the same as Fighting Spirit. Shi is the potential when a cultivator merges their Will, Saint Qi, and Divine Soul Strength into one. When a cultivator has successfully formed their Shi it forms a dome-shaped aura around the cultivator that can; slow down people and attacks, predict incoming attacks, paralyze others, increase the power of their attacks, and nullify other cultivators Shi. When a cultivator cultivates their Shi to the highest level and breaks through to the Origin King Realm, their Shi turns into a Domain.
