“ | In exchange for gaining strength, have I lost something more important as a human being? Emotions used to swirl within me when I fought. Fear, impatience, anger… But now… Day after day, after one punch I go home unharmed and wash my gloves. | „ |

“ | Limits, you say? But who decides one's limits? And based on what, exactly? You said you worked as hard as you can? Well, then maybe you just need to work a little harder. Summary
Saitama is a human from Z-City who; through rigorous (sort of) training broke through his human limiters and achieved unbelievable strength and abilities. Never breaking a sweat, the name One Punch Man is fitting for the effortless wins Saitama has achieved through the series. Never going beyond a simple brawl, his sheer strength, speed, and sower have effortlessly mowed down anyone in his way.
A parody character essentially; Saitama is a play on generic, flamboyant battle manga protagonists, who struggle greatly to achieve victory against overly evil characters. He breaks the trend through his lethargic and typically emotionless personality, combined with massively overwhelming strength. Due to his effortless wins through the series, we have yet to see his true, full capabilities; getting slightly more "serious" as the series progresses, he casually puts down any new enemy on his radar.
Powers and Stats
Tier: 9-B | At least 9-B, up to at least 7-A, possibly at least High 6-A | 4-A, possibly 3-C | At least 4-A, possibly 3-C, likely higher
Key: Pre-Training | During Training | Post-Balding | Parallel Timeline
Name: Saitama, "Caped Baldy," "The Abominable Fist That Turned Against God"
Origin: One-Punch Man
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Classification: Human, A-Class Hero
Powers and Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Accelerated Development (Through training and battle; Physical Stats. He became significantly more powerful during his 3 years of training. One shotted Personification Of A Light Pull Cord after being pushed to his limits by the monster. He allegedly managed to outrun his own reflection in the mirror after trying very hard. Genos theorized that even Saitama himself cannot explain the secret to his power), Supernatural Willpower (Was able to break his limiter through sheer willpower and effort alone, despite being just a normal human with no potential for growth)
Resistance to Psychokinesis (Resisted Tatsumaki's psychic powers, merely describing it as a minor inconvenience)
All previous abilities, Greater Accelerated Development (The rate at which his strength grows increases exponentially while experiencing an upsurge of emotion[1]), Breaking the Fourth Wall (Stated that he found something in three panels), BFR (Punched Garou into space), Martial Arts and Power Mimicry (Copied multiple of Garou's martial arts. Garou stated that Saitama is capable of copying and surpassing all of his techniques provided he takes it seriously), Underground Mobility (Outclassed Ground Dragon), Acrobatics (Could easily dodge bullets from Lord Boros' Ship while in the air), Enhanced Senses (He possesses a supernatural hearing, being able to hear chatter from bystanders a good distance away even while fighting monsters), Afterimage Creation (Created countless afterimages), Pseudo-Flight (Could move and change his momentum and keep afloat in the air. Can propel himself in space by farting[1]), Shockwave Creation (Can create wind pressure of unimaginable power with his attacks), Non-Physical Interaction and Astral Projection (Broke into Phoenix Man's mental landscape. Kicked away and moved Garou's Hyperspace Gates[2]), Limited Telepathy (Heard Phoenix Man and Child Emperor's telepathic conversation), Overwhelming Aura (Completely scared Carnage Kabuto), Water Running (Ran across Evil Ocean Water), Breath Attack (Blew away Jupiter's surface with a sneeze[1]), and Self-Sustenance (Type 1 - Could breathe and talk on Io[2] and in space)
All previous abilities, Time Travel, Body Control, Matter Manipulation (Sub-Atomic), and Antimatter Manipulation (Travelled back in time by manipulating his own sub-atomic particles and anti-particles, reversing causality and ending his fight with Garou before it even began[1]), Attack Reflection, Air Manipulation, Statistics Amplification, and likely more (Should possess all the abilities of Garou's Perfected Martial Art[3][4] after copying it[1])
All previous resistances, Greater Resistance to Psychokinesis (Tatsumaki was barely able to lift Saitama despite her outputting enough force to send him into space[5]). Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (Tanked the heat released by Garou's Nuclear Fission and Gamma Ray explosions point-blank,[6] which can reach millions and billions of degrees Celsius respectively. Fought on the -130 degree surface of Io with no issue[2]), Ice Manipulation (Instantly broke free from being frozen by Withered Sprout), Fire Manipulation (Unfazed by Genos' attacks. Can submerge in lava with no trouble. Unaffected by Lord Boros' attacks, which could melt entire sections of his spaceship), Sound Manipulation (His hearing was unaffected after being hit with multiple nuclear explosions at point-blank range,[6] which are estimated to produce sounds upwards of 240 decibels. And sounds over 200 decibels can instantly kill humans), Poison Manipulation (Had no problem breathing on Io,[2] which has an atmosphere primarily composed of sulfur dioxide. Sulfur dioxide is highly toxic to the body and can cause death), Light Manipulation (Was unfazed after being hit directly with a Gamma Ray Burst,[6] which are the brightest phenomena in the universe, as bright as a million trillion suns), Radiation Manipulation and Matter Manipulation (Sub-Atomic - Unaffected by Garou's Gamma Ray Burst, which emits 83.6 billion Grays of radiation, and would cause matter to instantly undergo photodisintegration and photofission[6])
Attack Potency: Wall level (Should be superior to his 12-year-old self. Defeated Crablante by tearing out his eye along with the rest of his insides) | At least Wall level+ (Fought Light Pull Cord while severely tired and weakened. After surpassing his limits, he one-shot Light Pull Cord), up to at least Mountain level (Has saved the world many times, defeating countless mutants, terrorist organizations, and creatures which might include threats on the same scale as the Monster Association Cadres), possibly at least Multi-Continent level (Tatsumaki's telekinesis was completely ineffective against him, with she and Fubuki stating that Saitama surpassed her powers, and Fubuki comparing him to an Above Dragon-level threat) | Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level (Performed Serious Punch2 alongside Awakened Garou, generating an explosion that caused countless stars to instantly disappear, leaving behind a massive void in space, with the damage even potentially extending out for intergalactic distances, given that galaxies can be seen clearly depicted on other panels of the cosmos. Drew blood from Awakened Garou[2] while holding back and only using a single hand to fight, to the point that Garou believed him to be limitlessly strong relative to himself[7][2]) | At least Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level, likely higher (Has become many times stronger than before after growing exponentially in power while fighting with Awakened Garou. Continued to grow even stronger, to the point that even his sneeze carried enough force behind to blow away Jupiter's surface down to its rocky core. Surpassed Garou and then defeated him, vastly outpacing Garou's own exponential growth and power mimicry in the process[1])
Speed: Superhuman (Can outpace Crabrante) | Subsonic (Early into his training, he became fast enough to save a child from being ran over at the last second), up to possibly Relativistic+ (Nearing the peak of his training, he allegedly managed to outrace his own reflection in a mirror, although the legitimacy of this feat is yet unconfirmed) | Massively FTL (Blitzed Awakened Garou to the point of creating a constellation around Io with his speed before he could even react.[2] Went so fast he appeared to be in multiple places at the same time from Garou's perspective, leaving behind countless afterimages.[2] Used only one hand to fight against Garou) | Massively FTL (Much faster than before)
Lifting Strength: Superhuman (Strong enough to tear out Crabrante's insides) | At least Superhuman (Battled monsters like Light Pull Cord, who is able to throw cars and trucks), up to possibly Class E (Stated by Tatsumaki to have surpassed her powers) | At least Pre-Stellar (Threw the surface Io with enough force to turn the moon into fragments, using only a single hand[2]) | At least Pre-Stellar (Far stronger than before)
Striking Strength: Wall level | At least Wall level+, up to at least Mountain level, possibly at least Multi-Continent level | Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level | At least Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level, likely higher
Durability: Wall level (As a 12-year-old, he was able to survive a tackle from Piggy Bancon that left a large crater. Took multiple attacks from Crablante, who could fracture concrete) | At least Wall level+, up to at least Mountain level, possibly at least Multi-Continent level (Took Tatsumaki's psychic powers with barely any inconvenience) | Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level (Tanked the collision of Serious Punch2 and various strikes from Awakened Garou, which were infused with his own power[2][1]) | At least Multi-Solar System level, possibly Galaxy level, likely higher (Many times more durable than before. Exponentially grew to the point that Garou's strikes, even after he had gone through his own exponential growth, could do nothing to him[1])
Stamina: Superhuman (Endured the pain of multiple strikes from Crabrante) | Superhuman (Able to endure through high amounts of pain through his intense training regime, to the point Saitama stated his training regime nearly killed him) | Superhuman (Fought extensively against Awakened Garou on the surface of Io without showing any signs of fatigue, only continuing to grow stronger as time went on as a result of his emotions)
Range: Standard Melee Range, Extended Melee Range with Tie | Standard Melee Range, Unknown with Shockwaves | Standard Melee Range, Interstellar, possibly Intergalactic with Shockwaves (Destroyed countless stars in one direction, with the damage potentially extending out for intergalactic distances, given that galaxies are clearly depicted on other panels)
Standard Equipment: Tie (Used this to beat Crablante) | Tracksuit | Hero Costume
Intelligence: At least Average (Saitama seems to be single-minded at times, chasing a mosquito relentlessly even after sustaining a blast that destroyed his clothing completely. Additionally, he is lacking academically, only barely passing the hero exam due to his poor score on the written exam. However, Saitama seems to have some experience in fighting techniques and is an excellent brawler in combat, pressuring his opponents relentlessly if he goes more serious. He displays great control over his speed and strength, stopping his fist within a hair's breadth of Genos' face to avoid hurting him and generally holding back in fights to prolong them. Saitama has been shown to be a good judge of character, being able to tell people's real motives, such as those of Garou and Fubuki quite quickly. While serious, Saitama has proven himself to be an ingenious fighter. During his fight with Garou, he masterfully copied multiple of his techniques and performed them with expertise that not even those such as Bang and Bomb could replicate. Garou even further stated that he has the potential to master the power of god without being given it, and master them even further; he mastered time travel instantly in a parallel timeline when Garou could not)
Weaknesses: He doesn't take anything seriously initially and tends to hold back to possibly prolong a fight. When casual, Saitama makes use of flawed, basic attacks rather than using his ingenious combat skill, which can lead to him being outmaneuvered initially.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Normal Attacks
- Normal Punch: Saitama throws a simple punch. A casual punch was powerful enough to completely destroy a meteor that would have leveled the city.
- Consecutive Normal Punches: Saitama launches a volley of quick, single handed punches from his right. These blows are powerful enough to blow strong or large body types apart.
Serious Attacks
- Serious Punch: Saitama throws an extremely powerful punch. This punch is shown to completely negate and destroy a beam capable of wiping out a planet's surface. The shockwave from the punch was powerful enough to part clouds on a global scale.
- Serious Consecutive Side Hops: Saitama hops from side to side rapidly. Doing so allows him to create a multitude of afterimages. He can walk forward while doing so and the shockwave caused by it was enough to break Sonic's Ten Shadows Burial.
- Serious Headbutt: Saitama headbutts the opponent with great force. Casually destroyed one of Garou's monster forms with this attack.
- Serious Squirt Gun: Saitama uses his hands to squirt lava, acting as a super high-pressured stream of liquid. This move was capable of overpowering Orochi's Gaia Cannon, an extremely powerful attack which drew energy from the very core of the Earth itself.
- Serious Sneeze: During Saitama's fight with Garou on Io, one of Jupiter's moons, a mere sneeze from him ended up devastating the large planet Jupiter.
- Serious Table Flip: Saitama digs his fingers into the ground and flips a large amount of ground thousands of meters into the air. He used this technique against Garou while they were on Io, which completely ripped apart the moon.
Notes:
- Refrain from trying to scale anyone from Saitama's attacks, as he is the verse's god-tier and the results of his strikes can be inconsistent, even with his "Serious Attacks".
- When making a match with Saitama, please note whether or not you are using his current or parallel timeline self, as this will decide whether or not he has access to his Time Traveling capabilities.
- It is unlikely for Saitama to use Time Travel unless he is bloodlusted.
