Powers and Abilities: Grants humans Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3 and 6), Self-Sustenance (Type 1), Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, and Regeneration (High-Mid), along with Body Control; grants Pillar Men Immortality (Types 1), Self-Sustenance (Type 1), enhanced strength and some new ability (Abilities displayed include Wind Manipulation, Blood Manipulation, and Light Manipulation)
Attack Potency: Varies; any vampire born as a result of the Stone Mask will have their physical abilities increased to Building level with the potential for Large Building level, while Pillar Men will have their physical abilities increased to at least Large Building level to Large Building level+
Speed: Varies. Vampires will be endowed with up to at least Hypersonic+ speeds, while Pillar Men who have used the mask have displayed at least Hypersonic+ to Massively FTL speeds
Lifting Strength: Varies. All vampires receive Superhuman strength, up to Class K, likely Class M. Pillar Men receive at very least Class K, likely Class M.
Striking Strength: Varies. Grants Building level to Large Building level for vampires. At least Large Building level to Large Building level+ for Pillar Men
Durability: Varies. Grants Building level with the potential for Large Building level for vampires. At least Large Building level, Large Building level+ for Pillar Men. The mask's durability itself is at most Wall level (One was destroyed with a single hit by Robert E. O. Speedwagon)

Weaknesses: Needs blood to be actiated. Once it is destroyed, it's not possible to repair it.
