This Raider is encountered if the player decides to do a Join Combat activity, where the objective is to try to do as much damage to him to get a reward. After a certain amount of damage, you'll get a reward, but this raider levels up as well thus making it even more difficult to do more damage against him.
It's unknown if they were killed during the numerous battles that too place between The Raiders and Asyl Scouting Groups or Grand Island Community during the winter.

- Despite this, during the story of the game itself, it is unknown if they are still alive.
