From the second mission in Hitman 2: Miami (The Finish Line), story missions become available. They will help you to achieve your goal and unlock other murder opportunities that were unavailable before. There are 7 story missions available for this task.

Intravenous

Target: Sierra Knox. In this mission you can complete following Challenges:

  1. Doctor 47 - kill Sierra as a medic in the ward, administering her poisoned substance in a medical drip.
  2. Vitamin Overdose - make the doctor poison Sierra by carrying out the procedure (help the driver under examination and poison the drip).
  3. Potty Training - Help the driver to pass the urine sample (unscrew the water in the toilet sink).

The task starts at the hospital wing behind the garages, in the north-eastern part of the complex, where two doctors talk outside. Listen to the conversation and go to the back of the medical office.

Knock down the doctor and the patient and hide them in the closet. Take the doctor's outfit. Now get to the waiting room. Doctor's outfit can also be found in the changing room.

In the waiting room there is a key to medical cabinet, which can be found behind the doors to a small changing room. In the chest you can find a syringe with poison. Return to the medical office and use the syringe on the medical drip.

Now go back to the waiting room and call Sierra to the office through the intercom. Now you don't have to do anything else (just activate the drip) and only observe the course of events. Note - it may take a while until Sierra appears on the spot; observe her position on the map.

Hint: if you want to unlock the Potty Training and Vitamin Overdose challenges:

  1. Do not knock out the medic.
  2. Turn on the water in the toilet, this will let the driver to end his visit in the medical office,
  3. Let the doctor call Sierra by himself - at the same time poison the drip.

A Perfect Mechanic

Target: Sierra Knox. In this mission you can complete following Challenges:

  1. Wheel of Misfortune - for murdering Sierra by tampering with the installation of a wheel in the pit-stop.
  2. Explosive Liaisons and The Thunder Thief - indirectly; instead of sabotaging the wheel in the car, mount a bomb there (see challenges description for more information).

To start A Perfect Mechanic task, after the beginning of this mission, go through the parking lot or in a disguise to the VIP area. At the first entrance to the truck zone, south of the garages, two Race Marshals in orange vests lead the conversation. After listening to the dialogue and accepting the task, go to the Kronstadt Garage in the northeastern part of the VIP area. Here you have to obtain a mechanic disguise. One of the mechanics is standing alone outside - he's the easiest target. Lure him in and knock him out.

Go to the adjacent room where the mechanics are preparing for the pit-stop. At the gate leading to the track, you will see a wheel on the cabinet. Click on the action button and select the option of sabotaging the wheel. After this action a cutscene will take place. The task will be completed.

Hint: the same sabotage can be done by your opponent - Moses Lee. Of course you have to get a costume from a member of his team of mechanics.

The New Army

Target: Robert Knox. In this mission you can complete following Challenges:

  1. Paranoid Android - for killing Robert with an android,
  2. The Military Man - for obtaining the disguise of Ted Mendez.
  3. Thorough Demonstration - indirectly; you have to collect the McIanna ID from a neighbouring office behind the laboratory and also give them to the robot.
  4. Arms Dealer - indirectly; take the android's arm, of which you have a lot nearby, and just hit anyone with it.

In this mission you must pretend to be Ted Mendez. Once you've started the task, turn left into an underground passage and go straight to the ocean. Take part in demonstrations. Wait until Robert asks you to perform the action: you have to pick up one of the ID's on the table on the right and give it to the android for scanning. At this point, place there the photo of Robert you have already collected. This will also complete the challenge of murdering Robert.

Go to the pier, west from the podium. You will find there a characteristically dressed man, in trousers in a "moro panther". Knock him down: you will get a key to the food trolley and a Florida Man disguise.

Now head south to the food booth. Open it - when Robert who walks around the building sees you from the balcony, you will be informed that he is heading in your direction.

Serve him the food to complete the storyline task. However, if you have obtained deadly poison earlier (bring it with you to the mission area or get it from the changing room in the service bay), you can poison the coconut balls which Robert wants to consume and complete The Florida Diet challenge.

The Triumph

Target: Sierra Knox. In this mission you can complete following Challenges:

  1. Better Burn Up Than Fade Away - use pyrotechnics to eliminate Sierra on the podium.
  2. Don't Drive And Drink - poison the drink in the winner's trophy on the podium.
  3. Safety First - tamper with the pyrotechnics control valves.
  4. The Odd One Out - eliminate Moses Lee by waving the flag that is going to disqualify him.

You will start the task by eavesdropping on two guests at the tables next to the stalls with food, near the pier (north-western part of the map). Get a Race Marshall disguise - orange T-shirts. You'll find them near the track, as well as at the crossings above the track.

Go to the podium (a location on the map to the left of the starting fields - chessboard). There are two guards on the tower - get rid of them and wave the flag which is located there to eliminate Moses Lee.

Now that Sierra has won the race, wait until she comes to the podium. During this time, go to the podium. You'll find yellow gas valves there.   1. External Combustion Engine - complete the mission by killing Robert. Add the Kronstadt Octane Booster to the sabotaged engine - then help Robert in "fixing" it,
  2. You Got A Fast Car - get into a racing car at the show.

Go to the Kronstadt building - the ground floor is used for the presentation of a racing car. Two engineers are talking next to each other - eavesdrop on their conversation. Now get a screwdriver (the closest one you will find in the small technical room connecting this showroom with the aquarium) and an engineer's disguise (two of them are in to the northern part of the building, behind the showcase area).

In the same room you will find the Kronstadt Octane Booster on the shelf next to the engineers mentioned above (not on the master level of difficulty - then look for the bottles in the garages).

He will start repairing the car and ask you to get in and try to start the engine three times. If you haven't poured the substance inside, the car will start - the mission will be successful. However, if you poured in the specific, the engine will explode killing Robert - this way you have achieved the challenge of the External Combustion Engine.

Pretty in Pink

Target: Sierra Knox. In this mission you can complete following Challenges:

  1. Pink Menace - kill Sierra by pushing her into the shaft disguised as a Flamingo blackmailer.
  2. The Flamingo - for obtaining the Flamingo outfit.
  3. Blackmail - collect documents that Sierra will drop or take them away from a closed van in an underground car park.
  4. Last Words- indirectly; listen to the entire Sierra's conversation with a blackmailer.
  5. Sympathy For The Bird - indirectly; save the blackmailer - kill Sierra or just make a fuss around them, allowing flamingos to escape.

Go to the underground car park under the Kronstadt buildin. There you'll see a guest hidden behind the corner in a Flamingo outfit. Walk up to him and listen to his conversation on the phone. After a while, he will ask you to bring him the car keys from the end of the hallway (next to the man who is being helped by a doctor). Don't give him the keys, just knock him out, hide his body and dress up in a The Flamingo costume.

Hint: if you want to gain intermediate challenges related to the blackmailer (Last Words, Sympathy For The Bird you must complete this stage - get the keys for the blackmailer. Otherwise he will not have the opportunity to meet Sierra.

This is the end of one part of the task; now it's time to wait for the end of the race. When Sierra finishes the race (if she wins - through your disqualification of Moses Lee), she will first go to the podium, which will increase the waiting time.... Go now to the meeting place: behind the emergency bay, where on the left side of the yellow, abandoned hotel, Kronstadt security guards rest in their bloody suits. Talk to one who watches over the entrance and orders to wait for the Sierra.

Eliminate Sierra by pushing her into the shaft when she's finished burning the documents. For killing, you'll unlock the Pink Menace challenge.

Hint 2: if you want to unlock challenges (Last Words, Sympathy For The Bird) you don't neutralize the blackmailer - you just give him the car keys. Now you're going to the same place and wait for a meeting. Go near the exact meeting point next to the van behind the building, and hover at the edge of the shaft.
