“Is it true that you shouted at Professor Umbridge?"
"Yes."
"You called her a liar?"
"Yes."
"You told her He Who Must Not Be Named is back?"
"Yes."
"Have a seat cause we bloody need to talk about trans lives."
I love Harry Potter as much as anyone, which is why I urge everyone who spends money on these books to also support the trans community.
To say it with the author's words: “If you want to know what a man’s like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.” Well.
Here’s a list of organisations that support trans lives (feel free to reach out and recommend more). Every penny counts:
Mermaids UK
The Trevor Project
Black Visions Collective because Black trans lives matter.

My favourite is Luna telling Harry "You are just as sane as I am." Hilarious!

This is my favourite book of the whole series too. I need to buy another copy because my first edition book is getting a bit worn in now and so I'm going to shelve that permanently and get a cheap paper back to hammer through for reread purposes.
omg this is my fave book in the series too :'D funnily enough this was the first hp book i ever read (yes i read them in the weirdest order; i don't think i understood series/trilogies back then) :0

Oh My God! Me too! So many villains out there & Umbridge is my no. 1 hateful villian. Even Voldemort is not that hateful. And yeah I love this book too, next to book 4.

Yup, it's because Umbridge is our every day villain, she's that kind of evil we know personally while Voldemort is too far away from reality for us to hate him on the same level as Umbrigde

this is my 2nd favorite book in this series following the half blood prince however this is the one where you can see the true colours of all the professors!
This is my favourite in the series as well and it bugs me that not a lot of people feel the same!
Careers Advice is possibly my favourite chapter... that and Seen & Unforeseen.
I love when the fireworks mate and glittering winged piglets are flying past Gryffindor Tower.

Your review makes so happy. Order of the Phoenix is my favourite book too in the series!! (after Half Blood Prince, lol) and it's not often that I hear peope saying the th is their favourite. Most people that I've heard like Goblet of Fire or Chamber of Secrets best. In fact, they even say Order of the Phoenix is their least favourite :/ Seriosuly. No exaggerration.

Really? Most people I know love Book 3 the most and Book 2 the least :D but I'm glad we agree that 5 is the best one of them all.

Oh god I just discovered this. Honestly, unanswered comments on my reviews will haunt me till the day I die.
Do you think? Cause I think it started in book four when Cedric died.

I’m currently reading through the series for the first time. I just finished Order of the Phoenix yesterday and I have to agree with you on your number 4. I laughed SO hard at McGonagall asking Umbridge if she needed a cough drop multiple times. 😂

it's JKR at her best. That scene alone deserves the Nobel Prize for Literature

Love your review! I have to mention one of the best scenes of the entire series: dumbledore dunking on the entire ministry and taking out dawlish, the prime minister, and umbridge. Iconic showing for my guy

auf jeden Fall, McGonagall ist unschlagbar. Ich muss schon sagen dass der Teil von Anfang an mein Lieblingsbuch war. Eben genau weil er so lang und detailreich ist.

I concur with with you on your opinion of really funny scenes. Those made me laugh SO SO MUCH! I also liked one more scene where Umbridge was taken away by the centaurs.

Oh yez, this part is undoubtedly the best one! There is no way that you can't like this book with so many hilarious moments and the fact that no one takes a shit! And you gotta seriously hate umbridge... It's like she can't be more foul. And McGonagall is a total badass, she can't be anymore interesting!
