What a strange read and even stranger ending!

I gave this story a generous four stars but three and a half would have been more accurate. Ghosts physically interacting with the living? Apparently so. However, they are able to physically harm us, even kill us but we cannot lay a proverbial finger on them ( unless we are holding iron or salt). I really struggled to get my head around some of the concepts in this book. The ending was so sudden it left me confused and rather annoyed. Still, the author probably wants to make sure we read the sequel.
