This was so much fun. Not in a laugh out loud kind of way, although there were some instances of that, but in a general sense of the word. It was definitely entertaining.
I absolutely adored Blake! He was such a lovable goofball. It’s rare that I read about his kind of hero and I’ve been missing out because he was so dreamy! If you asked me at any point if I would describe a guy that talks and acts like a frat boy as dreamy... I would straight up laugh, but I hadn’t read about Blake at that point so there goes that argument.
I just wanna give him a hug, start a back and forth of innuendoes (cause he’s got a whole cheesy arsenal of them) get drunk and laugh my ass off with the guy.. that’s the PG version 🙈
Jess grew on me over the course of the book and I really loved the interactions between the two of them.
This book was a breath of fresh air. Light and fun, just what I was looking for.

Great review, G!! Funny, this title and the coverused to totally put me off (this book used to pop up as a recommendation on my kindle all the time), but after your review I'll give it a go! 🖤

@Lana, I had a similar experience, for ages I just brushed it off, but I wanted a sports romance and this was the first one that popped up in my tbr search, luckily! I think your’ll enjoy it x
