I have nothing against Fantasy using old English, thou's, thee's, maketh's, and whatnot to the author's heart's content, but I simply do not want to follow the trend in my Fantasy. Hence the more or less modern way my characters tend to talk and think. Same goes with the world of Atlantis, which I wanted to have both an ancient and modern/steampunk feel to it. It was a risk, but I'm glad I took it.(less)

Hey Naddy, thanks for your question!

My first book The Forgotten Goddess is available worldwide on Amazon only. But for reasons beyond my control, it's not available on Amazon China. So perhaps what you can do is order it on Amazon.com
(https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DZSC1B4) and have it shipped to your Chinese address. That is, if you want to get it in paperback. If, however, you want to get the eBook, then, provided you can download eBooks without any problems in China, you'll get it directly on your Kindle, or, if you do not own a Kindle, on your tablet/PC/laptop/etc. After downloading and installing the free Kindle App whose link is located right under my book cover on Amazon entitled "READ ON ANY DEVICE," you'll be able
to read it anywhere on your tablet/PC/laptop/etc.

I know, it's a bit of a hurdle, and believe me, I wish it were easier for my readers based in China to get my book, but I'm afraid there's no way around it. Yet.

Take care and thank you so much for your interest in The Forgotten Goddess.(less)

Olivier’s Recent Updates

Battle Ground by Jim Butcher
"If the first book was all setup, then this one is all payoff. The peace talks, sham that they were, have failed. All out war between the Fomor and their mad titan leader and most of the rest of the supernatural world has begun with Chicago the battle" Read more of this review »
Battle Ground by Jim Butcher
"Was a bit undecided about a 4 or 5 star rating here, so splitting the difference with 4.5 stars. This book is outstanding, but with most of it being one long battle it did feel a bit much at times. "

History itself is a fiction with an army

From humble beginnings a J.P. Morgan like bank is build up. Along the way marriage alliances are forged " Read more of this review »

The Good Brother by Chris Offutt
"I've read Offutt's Mick Hardin's books before turning to this, his debut because I was missing his Kentucky noirs. The story he tells here is one of the underpinnings in his Hardin books, so I had to come here, of course.

Here he tackles ' belonging' " Read more of this review »

What a classic little gem this book was! I especially liked the part about positive thinking toward the end, which was way ahead of its time when it came out in 1911, and how the author conveys to us all how anyone can change their life for the bette ...more
