In some cases the Holy Spirit is discussed in relation to certain sections of the Bible (for example, the Pentateuch, the historical books, synoptic Gospels, etc); and in other places, the Holy Spirit is discussed book by book (for example, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Gospel of John, Revelation, etc).
