The Step-by-Step Instant Pot Cookbook: 100 Simple… by Jeffrey Eisner

Usually, I'll flip through cookbooks and pick out a handful of recipes to copy down in a Word document for my own collection. With this book, I kept picking out more and more recipes! I wanted to copy down nearly every recipe in the book! So I've purchased it (I had checked it out from the library).....I can have ALL the recipes at my fingertips!!! Yay me!
