This is the smallest book in my tiny book library. It measures 2 in tall by 1 3/8 wide and 3/4 in thick and has an amazing 640 pages.

It's a dictionary, so there's not much that can be said about it as a review.
The layout is acceptable and considering I'm most likely using it to verify my own knowledge, I can't really call it out on any errors.

I am so glad I purchased these. These are great for reading/writing while reclining. If you have issues with your arms and hands and cannot lift heavy dictionary, these are very comfortable. Rarely do I have to resort to the big dictionaries in my library...that is a relief. Highly recommend. Some of the vintage books I read, the authors give me a vocabular workout, which I appreciate to keep the brain growing I found this easy to slip in a tote bag for on the go.

What a great idea! A small dictionary that includes Austrian terms. Most of the dictionaries that are small enough to carry around leave out the very words one would need here in Vienna. Well, you probably don't want to always carry it with you, it's not really that small.

There are good references between various spellings [Geschert > Gscherte(r)], and interesting charts [Gerichte - with a list of common dishes with Austrian, German, and English names]. Altogether a very useful reference for anyone living in Austria. Both English and American words are included [aubergine, eggplant] .

Note - this is actually intended as an English dictionary for Austrians, so the helpful notes on idioms and Grammar are about English, not German.
