When the author’s name is ‘Lapuss’, it is kind of ironic to see that their first graphic novel is titled “Cats Cats Cats”. It was just meant to happen, wasn’t it? Serendipity at work.
Note: I accessed a digital review copy of this book from the publisher through Edelweiss.
This is an almost wordless graphic novel. The words that exist or more cat sounds than anything else. And if you love cats you will recognize every single one of these comic strips. That’s what this book is, each different page is an experience of having cats; some fun, some frustrating. Altogether a great read for any age.
Cats are one of the most popular pets but no one actually owns a cat - they just choose to allow you to spend time with them. In this graphic novel, cat lovers will recognize their favourite fur babies being their seriously quirky and hilarious selves. A fun and entertaining book told without words by Stephane Lapuss with multi-coloured art by Philippe Larbier and the perfect gift for any cat lovers in your life.
