Each relationship builds at its own speed and rhythm whether it is romantic, friendly or hostile.

When I first started to read this book I put it down after about 10 pages because of format errors. A couple of days later I reread the reviews that had caused me to buy and lo and behold a couple of them commented on the format problems but encouraged other readers to ignore as it was a good read.
