Big Bird's Day on the Farm (Sesame Street) (A… by Golden Books

I think this book is insanely good for younger children to get into and read. It has an instantly recognizable character on the front, which peaks interest in kids and provides educational opportunities. It is actually a bit tougher for younger kids to read, but the challenge shouldn't be too hard for them to overcome.
