Caden and Ever (LOVE the names) meet at camp when they are 15, and while you can feel the attraction, nothing comes of it, well nothing but them being pen-pals.
I loved how they connected through their letters and how they were there for the other even when they couldn't be "there"
I know that they both had to experience the things they did to help them grow, but poor Cade!! It was one thing after another for him, one person should never have to go through everything he went through!
When he showed up on Ever's doorstep I was holding my breathe just hoping that they would finally get together!
The ending is a MAJOR heartbreak and the cliffhanger makes me soooooo glad I already have the second book.… (more)
