How long does it take for a cover added by one member to become available for others?

About two or three days ago I posted a cover for Emil and the Detectives under my kids' account, superboy and it has been added there with no problem.

However, I wanted to use the same cover for the book in my own account humouress, but it wasn't available. A few days later and I still cannot see it in the 'member uploaded' section and there are only 132 listed. If I look at superboy's catalogue without logging out of my own, I can see the new cover (the one with a group of boys hiding behind a brown wall which has the book title written on it in white and with a bicycle leaning against it) and there are 133 covers listed. I would have expected the cover to have become available by now.

Sorry, I haven't needed to do anything like that in ages. But I agree that seems an unusual amount of time.

I see it a third to half way down on the right hand side.

I added it by taking a photo using the LT app, which is what I usually do. But (as Nicole says) I don't often have the same books/ want to use the same photo in a different account - although it's never been a problem before. Should I start a bug report for this?
