You can't cut corners if you intend to keep your community members. You could find a way to grow your community to thousands but there's no other way to make them stay rather than building trust. Building trust in your members will make them stay longer and that will bring about sustainability. If you're not the type of founder who thinks long-term then you could try to grow your community from scratch to thousands in 2 weeks. Although, the processes you will implement can NEVER guarantee you sustainability. It will only result in going in circles confused because the members you have are not what your project wants. And even though you're the type who thinks long-term and tries to grow the community gradually but you're finding it hard to keep them then it means the members lack trust in you and your vision. There are several ways one can grow a community but how do you keep them for long? You only keep them by building TRUST in them. You do this by communicating regularly with them and this can done by: ✅ Organizing AMA sessions at intervals ✅ Frequent content creation on socials ✅ Timely response to DMs and comments on socials ✅ Acknowledging feedback/insights in the community ✅ Announcing new updates, features, or add-ons. Community-building doesn't revolve around numbers alone, it also revolves around nurturing relationships for a common goal. #web3 #communitybuilding #buildingtrust
