If you ever do something like this for the Ranger Test (Jesse: "Eff" you, awkward voice recording!) you'll be a god. (As it is, I didn't even bother with the gun, I whapped the targets with Launch items and ran like a... )
I would use this but it doesn't seem like there is an option to increase the enemy levels beyond 10? i want every level at level 10 which it seems i can do. but i was looking for something more, the time limit has never been a problem for me. I will download anyway as having each of the islands at level 10 seems like fun. Was hoping to find like a hard mode mod for this one lol doesn't seem like anyone has made one. i mean distorted tourist can be downed in 60 seconds or less, most of the islands can be completed super fast, except for the enemy wave island. was wanting to up the enemy levels to like 15 at least more if i get good enough, seems like it wont happen though. ill try this with all at level 10, should be fun! Edit- Works perfectly can have all of them at level 10 even with 1 token nice! Wish we could push the enemy level up too! adjustable levels would be dope, i want them at least level 20 by the end. Edit 2 - You get V and IV rewards from the level 10 in any island if you are willing to fight them all at that. i initially put the INI file at 10-15-20 but it stayed at 10 whole way through. the higher enemies drop more so having level 10 all the way through is optimal for high rewards. so you still get high rewards by setting it high and using only 1 token rather than five. Set the overall settings to have level 10 in each island and you can easily farm mods and source to re-farm. Edit 3 - enemy levels cannot go past 10 no matter what numerical value you put above 10 in the INI file, for obvious reasons. The game simply was not coded to have enemies higher than level 10. Edit 4 - forgot about the enemies in the Foundation who are lvl 15 for the side quest. Completed expeditions with all islands at lvl 10 multiple times, makes it much more fun even for Tier 3 and kept the original time limit. Best Advice for this game, take note of where you get specific mods, you are more likely to get the base mods in the base game ect. Best place i have found to get DMG mods is in Executive as that is when they first start to drop. Use your Board Countermeasures for maximum results (i don't know the loot table for enemies and sectors my best guess off of what i have seen is that each sector has different chances for specific mods).
Mod isn't working for me. Other mods by this same author are working, so I have everything installed correctly (i.e. the plugin loader). Using the Epic Launcher version of the game.
Edit, PSA: One needs the default 30 minute expedition download in order to use the 35 or 60 minute download, because the .dll isn't included in those other two packs.
i just absolutely hate being rushed. my time to beat was like 300% longer than the average from just walking everwhere. *sets expedition timer to 3hr fkkt*
[update] yeah not rushing breathing between waves and just looking at the world, averaging 20 minutes per finger so i was never going to enjoy this mode without this ever.
Does anyone know which is the correct way to edit the ini to alter the starting level of enemies per tier? The example on the description page under the spoiler drop-down appears broken showing 'iStartingPlayerProgressijavascript-event-stripped' for each example for each tier.
On the description page it states it as 'iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel:' and shows the line for editing the time limit as 'iExpiditionTimeLimit:' with both ending in a ' : ' The ini file downloaded for this mod shows it as 'iExpiditionTimeLimit = ' which ends in an ' = ' So do I either put in a ' : ' or an ' = ' (examples below)?
I'm sorry if this seems like a very silly and basic question, I'm new to editing ini files and I don't know how to edit/word them correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please and thank you in advance :)
EDIT: My question literally answered itself :D The second example I gave used ' = ' and it garbled the wording just like the examples given on the description page under the spoiler drop-down so yeah use ' = ' when editing. Leaving this here for any future viewers who might wonder the same.
This currently doesn't work on Steam Ultimate edition - regardless of how many seconds I set up in the .ini, it still shows as 25 minutes in-game and teleports you out when that timer is up. My game also didn't have the "plugins" subfolder in the game directory, I've created it manually.
Works fine for me on Ultimate Edition on Steam as of 12.18.22. Like someone else mentioned you have to create the plugins folder and copy the two files into the game directory. Just testing I changed the time to 50mins=3000s and completed a mission no problem.

Thank you !
Can you do this with the entire game? All enemies default to being OP/Level 8-10?

[Tier 1]
iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel: 7
[Tier 2]
iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel: 8
[Tier 3]
iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel: 9
or
[Tier 1]
iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel = 7
[Tier 2]
iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel = 8
[Tier 3]
iStartingPlayerProgressionLevel = 9
