It should be noted that this guide goes by the standard order which is also present on the DVD collections and iTunes. Most descriptions are provided by Hulu.

	In 18th-century Paris, Pinky and The Brain plan to use the celebration of Napoleon's victories to cause a diversion, but they become the diversion themselves.

	The Brain designs a mesmerizing doll to command people through mind control, leading to him and Pinky to travel to the North Pole so they can get Santa Claus to deliver the dolls to every house around the world.
	Episode 9: Snowball	January 20, 1996	9	TV-Y7
	Snowball, an evil hamster that also wants to take over the world, interrupts the Brain's chain-letter scheme. Ironically, The Brain must now save the world so that it will be available to conquer the following night.

	In 19th-century England, Pinky and The Brain accept a challenge to circle the globe in 79 days in order to gain a foothold in the British Empire and then conquer the world.

	The Brain schemes to flood the planet and leave his holdings as the only dry land. He and Pinky bluff their way onto the space shuttle to carry out the scheme. However, The Brain has made a fatal error in his real estate dealings, which foils the plans.

	Pinky and The Brain mechanize the Lincoln Memorial and drive around as Lincoln reincarnated; The Brain tells the story of Don Cerebro de La Mancha, ending with the musical number "The Impossible Scheme."

	Pinky arrives in 1946 Vienna to search for The Brain, who is very "late"; When the Brain captures some ordinary field mice to clone their DNA code for night vision, he discovers something familiar about them.

	The evil alien, Zalgar, the Brain Eater, desires The Brain's cranium for dinner. An extended chase ensues, with Pinky and The Brain finally escaping in the downed space probe. Little do they know that an eager Air Force pilot may be their worst enemy.

	Pinky runs for president and The Brain runs as his vice president. The plan works until The Brain's instruction book on world domination is stolen and the two become the face of a political-controversy.

	The Brain plots to star in an emotional film about football hero and make the world fall in love with him. His plan is to devastate his fans by injuring himself, gaining their unbridled sympathy and support, and then become ruler of the world.

	Pinky and The Brain are "saved" by animal rights activists and released in the jungle, where Brain struggles to adjust as Pinky thrives. Pinky and The Brain soon meet an old foe, who captures them and plots their demise.

	The Brain tries to gain control of Samson's strength but can't figure out the source; Then The Brain joins a self-help group, to overcome his addiction to power.

	Pinky and The Brain pose as pharaohs to be "discovered" by explorers in the Egyptian pyramids. Then Pinky and The Brain pose as "Robin Brain" and his Mallard Men. They steal from the rich and keep all the money for themselves.

	Pinky and The Brain find a superbaby and decide to raise him in the lab. Then The Brain plots to take over the world by sending all humans a subliminal message of total subjugation with his subsonic transmitter; which he and Pinky must retreive from a maze.

	The Pinky and The Brain who live in the future travel back in time to give their present-dwelling counterparts information about a kit to help take over the world. The present pair travel to the future to retrieve it and find a world where cockroaches are ruling the planet.

	The Brain tries to clone himself, but his plan is foiled when one of Pinky's toenails is inadvertently dropped into the mixture. Their clone child, called Romy, has traits from both Pinky and the Brain. Romy later runs away after disagreeing with the paths his parents desire for him, and the duo goes on a search to find him.

	Pinky and The Brain team up with basketball coach Bobby Nacht and a crew of has-been TV actors to create the best squad in the NBA. With the aid of a mechanical arm and 3-foot-high shoes, The Brain achieves the kind of celebrity he always dreamed about.

	In the 1940s, The Brain tries to acquire water rights to burgeoning Los Angeles, but the plan gets put on-hold as Brain's old flame, Billie, is kidnapped by Snowball. Pinky and the Brain set-out to save her while Snowball also schemes to steal Brain's plan for himself.

	Pinky and The Brain's plans are hindered by a new, uninvited sidekick, Larry. Then, in order to gain control of the Pittsburgh steel mills, The Brain claims that he and Pinky are among the last of the nearly extinct Mousealope species to "reclaim" their natural habitat by birthright— which just happens to be Pittsburgh.

	Pinky and The Brain are forced to befriend their eccentric neighbor, Sultana, to retrieve an important package he has accepted on their behalf. Posing as Mr. and Mrs. Feldman, the two lab mice visit Sultana's home and slowly win his confidence.

	In the 1960s, Pinky's idiosyncratic observations are mistaken for wisdom, leading to a run-in with popular band The Feebles; Pinky plans a surprise birthday party for The Brain, making Brain suspect that Pinky is trying to take over the world without him.

	In a special Halloween episode, Pinky sells his soul so that The Brain can take over the world. The Brain challenges the devil to get Pinky's soul back.

	In this change-of-pace episode, when network executive Sandy Dreckman presses them for higher ratings, Pinky and the Brain quit the show over creative differences and attempt to find new jobs. Things continue to change for the worse as the mice struggle with lousy fallback jobs and the decline of their careers. During all this, Brain also has trouble with his behind-the-scenes marriage with Sheila (Billie).

	In the series finale, Pinky and the Brain reunite with the Animaniacs ensemble to star in a parody of "Star Wars". Brain-2-Me-2 schemes to hijack the Mega Star in order to take over the galaxy.

Max Episode Listings

On Max in Latin America, the episodes are organized under different numberings. The most notable of these is the placement of the "Brainwashed" episodes under episodes 62, 63, and 64, their original production listings as stated by Tom Ruegger.^[1] This suggests that this may be the show's proper production order.

Trivia

• To differentiate from episode articles for the other shows on this wiki, episode articles for this series follow this labeling format: "Episode # (PATB)"
• Most of the thumbnail images are sourced directly from the DVDs. Some other thumbnails come from promotional outlets, Hulu, and iTunes.
• On Hulu, season 4's episodes were listed under season 3.
  • Episodes 8 and 9's placements in season 1 were swapped in the Hulu episode listing.
• The Brainwashed three-parter is speculated to be the intended series-finale for the standard setting of Pinky and the Brain (not counting "Star Warners"; which is outside the show's standard setting). A post on Tom Ruegger's old alt.tv.animaniacs account "Trtoonswba" confirms that the Brainwashed episodes did in fact, initially represent episodes 62-64 of the series production run (just before episode 65 - "Star Warners").^[1] When the three-parter finally aired, it was shown as the first three episodes of the final season (and episodes produced before it ended up airing afterwards. This change in the episode order remains in effect for the series episode listings in digital and streaming outlets, and the DVDs.
  • However, the episodes were finally listed in correct production order following the launch of Max in Latin America on February 27, 2024.
• One scrapped episode of this series was "He's Mr. Pinky, He's Mr. Brain," a parody of the Hanna-Barbera cartoon series Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks. ^[2]
