There are several Easter Eggs in The Hello Song Animated :
The opening logo, which is inspired by the original series, is a spoof of the one in Wakko's Wish
During the Eiffel Tower scene, there are two Wakkos which can be seen. This is a reference to a joke in the reboot episode "Gold Meddlers ," in which Wakko says he "found himself in Paris".
The Warners' anime incarnations from the reboot episode "Bun Control " appear as toys that the Warners are playing with during the Japanese shot.
The Warners reprise their outfits from the song "Macadamia Nut " in one of the scenes near the end.
The project's outro uses the music from the reboot outro, however it contains an end credit gag, similar to the original series. The gag says: "Just wait for Season 4! Just wait! And wait! And wait!" This is a reference to the gag from episode 99 , whose end credit gag says "Just wait for Episode #100! Just wait! And wait! And wait!" These both allude to a continuity for the show that never happened, respectively episode 100 of the original series and season 4 of the reboot.
