Atsuro Kihara is the deuteragonist and playable character in the video game Megami Ibunroku Devil Survivor and the best friend of the protagonist Abel.
He and his friends have to survive the lockdown of Tokyo which is infested with demons and other monsters.
He isn't dubbed in the original DS release of the game, but in the enhanced 3DS rerelease Devil Survivor Overclocked he is voiced by Atsushi Abe in Japanese and by Spike Spencer in English.

Atsuro is extremely intelligent, his deductive abilities have helped him to find out a lot about the lockdown and the demons, he loves the computer and is extremely good at programming to the point where he can hack into the system of Babel. He will stand by the protagonist in every ending, no matter what. Though he doesn't like the idea of running away from the lockdown in the Yuzu route. Naoya is his big programming hero and he sees himself as his "No. 1 Apprentice". It is also implied that Atsuro is in love with Yuzu and we can see them together in the Atsuro ending.
Appearance[]
Atsuro is a slender teenager with average height. He always wears a white cap, a blue hoodie, and gray pants with an orange bag om which he has his smartphone attached. On his left hand, he wears a digital watch and on his right hand, he wears a blue bracelet. His eyes are brown and his hair is black
Story[]
Before the events of the game, Atsuro was a teenager, who would often spend time on internet forums because his parents were working overseas in the Silicon Valley. When Tokyo was sent into a lockdown and demons started infesting Tokyo, he and his friends tried to survive. At the end of the game, should the player decide to follow his path, when Abel becomes the new king of bel, he and Abel will vanish the lockdown and make Japan a new superpower by secretly using demons.
