The Fumen Master (風麺のマスター, Fumen no Masutā) of the Fumen ramen cart is a minor character in Kamen Rider W
History[]
During the events of Hyper Battle DVD, he is attacked by the Oyakodon Dopant. However after it is revealed to be Izo Aida, Master of the OmuriFu restaurant, he takes pity on him and hires him to work with him at his ramen cart. As a result with Izo's help, Master devises a new Futo delicacy: "Futodon"
In the Director's Cut version of the movie Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate, the T2 Unicorn Gaia Memory was found on top of his cart, suggesting that either him or a customer of his was chosen by the memory.
In the webisode The U is a Mystery!/Rondo" of the Net Movies, he becomes the UFO Dopant (ユーフォー・ドーパント, Yūfō Dōpanto) while Jinno and Makura were experimenting the UFO Memory. He later travels into outer space as the UFO Dopant.
He also appeared in OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders, begging his help from Shotaro Hidari and Philip, who transformed into Kamen Rider Double to fight against the Shocker combatants and the rest of Dopants.
His most recent appearance was in Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, where he presents Sougo Tokiwa with the Double Ridewatch.
Personality[]
The Master is a rather easy going person, gladly selling his signature ramen to anyone willing to buy it. Even after people like Izo Aida, the Oyakodon Dopant, have wronged him; he instead takes pity on them for their actions. Unfortunately this positive outlook also causes him to be unaware of things like a pick-pocketing operation.
Abilities[]
As the owner of the Fumen Ramen cart, the Master developed unique dishes like ramen covered by a large Narutomaki. After hiring Izo Aida, they create the Futodon dish. His small business is very successful, with several citizens of Futo City coming to his cart a day.

The Fumen Master is portrayed by Hiroshi Doki (道木 広志, Dōki Hiroshi), who is also the show's assistant line producer.
