Yo Bro is an enemy which appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its remake Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. They are encountered in Woohoo Hooniversity, although only in battle among other enemies such as Laser Snifits.

Physical description[]

It is a variant of a Hammer Bro that has two dangerous spiked yo-yos, a red yo-yo and a green yo-yo. They wear a purple bucket-like hat, green skin, yellow long sleeve shirt, pants and a gold vest.

Etymology[]

Yo Bros. are types of "Hammer Bros." and have two "yo-yos" mixed together "Yo Bro".

Battle[]

In the battle, they are healed with Mario's Firebrand and critically attacked with Luigi's Thunderhand. When it is their turn to attack, they bounce the red or the green yo-yo and at the second bounce, Mario or Luigi should jump.
