Pink Pumpkin Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance[]

Pink Pumpkin Chao have grayish blue pudding-like bodies. They also have no nose or mouth, a round torso that's smaller than their head, no legs or feet, and arms with no visible hands or digits. They also have a floating yellow dot above their head, cream tips on their arms, a white patch on their stomach, a short and round tail, and a small set of wings on their back. Their head is covered by a pink pumpkin, which has heart shaped eyes and a jagged mouth carved into it.

Overview[]

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Pink Pumpkin Chao is a collectible pet of the "Seasonal" rarity. It could be obtained from the vending machine in Pumpkin Hill, with the player having a 21.3% chance of getting a Pink Pumpkin Chao when purchasing from the machine.

In gameplay, Pink Pumpkin Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Pink Pumpkin Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Pink Pumpkin Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Pink Pumpkin Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Pink Pumpkin Chao by collecting five of them, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Pink Pumpkin Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities[]

Pink Pumpkin Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
