What is Pathfinder: Kingmaker about?

Stolen Lands, the kingdom in which the game begins, have been struggling with various strange attacks for some time. During the events, the protagonist not only takes care of their estate, defeating trolls or controlling epidemics, but also focuses on expanding their domain and increasing influence. In the course of these events, they can gain (or not) many useful allies. All these events – beast attacks, plagues, and undead uprisings – seem accidental at first, but over time, the protagonist discovers that they're connected; the kingdom is in danger, threatened by a nymph named Nyrissa...

Why is it worth playing?

It's a classic RPG, in a quite typical fantasy setting... What's special about Pathfinder: Kingmaker? This is the first digital game in this cult-classic universe. It's shown from an isometric perspective, which is considered the only right way to play RPGs by many gamers. Also, fans of table-top RPGs will surely feel at home here, since its classic version was one of many games employing the popular Dungeons & Dragons system. This slightly kitschy and cliché fantasy world has much more to offer than you might expect. This game is perfect even for the most die-hard RPG fans – we have, among others, an elaborate storyline, an advanced character development system or side missions that everyone seems to love.
