Green Rings are objects that appears in New Super Mario Bros. U, New Super Luigi U, and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. When the player jumps through an Green Ring, green coins appear rotating in five groups of three, with one group appearing one at a time and they will appears after all coins in the previous group have been collected and the coins disappear in three seconds. If the player doesn't collect the Green Ring and when the other player does, the countdown resets in the next group. They are similar purpose as Red Rings, which it will generate Red Coins. When all the Green Coins have collect, the player gets a power-up or a 1-Up Mushroom.
