Matter Splatter Mansion is the secret sixth mission of Ghostly Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy.
Objective[]
Mario or Luigi has to make his way across several platforms formed and destroyed by matter until reaching the Power Star.
Layout[]
The mission is accessible only through the mission A Very Spooky Sprint. Mario or Luigi first has to destroy the glowing rock spire at the mansion gate to reveal a Launch Star that takes him to another planet, where the rest of the mission takes place. Mario or Luigi has to step onto the circular light for it to move forward, revealing the path ahead for him to keep up and lastly collect the key at the end to unlock the door at the end. Mario or Luigi has to step on the next light for the floor to move backwards, revealing stairs and gaps as it moves. Behind one of the two doors, which have to be unlocked with a key, is a ? Coin, and touching it moves the spotlight upward, meaning that Wall Jumps are required to progress. Mario or Luigi has to touch a key at the top of the area to unlock four doors, one of which has the Power Star of the mission behind it.
