Far Cry 6 lets you change the default controls and includes additional control settings in the console versions. You can:

  1. set the force and settings of the aiming assist,
  2. set the vibration strength of the controller,
  3. enable left-handed mode and one-handed layout,
  4. enable adaptive triggers - these apply to the DualSense pad and are only available on the PS5 version,
  5. set the sensitivity of the analog sticks separately for looking around and aiming,
  6. adjust the sensitivity of both sticks to movement,
  7. choose between performing an action by pressing or holding down a button,
  8. enable/disable the L3 and R3 buttons (pressing the left and right analog sticks),
  9. reverse the axis while moving the analog stick in different types of situations (e.g. looking around, flying, gliding with the wingsuit).
