International Mouse of Mystery/Aliens Resurrected/Joe/The Stickening/Slappy's Return/Everyday Safety: Giant Adirondack Chair is the 36th episode of the Animaniacs reboot. It is the season finale of its third season, as well as the series finale altogether. [1] It originally aired on February 17, 2023.
Synopsis
Pinky and Brain are the stars of a secret agent movie franchise. Yakko has to sing a song about why the Earth is worth saving. The Warners visit an amusement park and find themselves in a sticky situation. Meanwhile, the crankiest of creatures in the whole wide world makes her grand return! The Warners give the viewers a safety tip.[2]

Plot
Using CGI and video footage, The Brain creates a pitch film of a spy-adventure thriller starring him, Pinky, and Egwind; with hopes of making it into a successful franchise backed by Warner Bros. As Brain attempts to explain his scheme to use the royalties to fund a plan, he is cut-off by an instant reply from WB rejecting their pitch.

- The mice previously embarked on an adventure parodying spy-thrillers in the cartoon "To Russia With Lab Mice" from the 1995 Pinky and the Brain series. That episode also featured a spy-themed number from Pinky - "The Mouse with the Giant Head."

Plot
In a morning at the Water Tower, Yakko and Dot wake up to find out Wakko hasn't slept in days, who has been researching aliens to prove to his brother and sister that aliens are real; though Yakko and Dot remain oblivious to it until Wakko reminds them that they met them and Yakko sang a song about history to them.
The aliens return to the studio lot and begin abducting the Warner Bros. Studio staff, planning to de-atomize and execute the Earth people after understanding Yakko's song about history and deeming the people on Earth as very nasty. Wakko comes up with the idea for Yakko to sing a song about humanity's wins. One of the Council aliens begins to cry over the song, convincing the other Council alien to spare the Earth people, though not without threatening to return and be very ruthless if the Earth people continue "the stuff that's bad". The aliens free the captured staff and fly back to space, though the Warner trio are certain that they'll meet them again.

Plot
A group of animal mothers are enjoying a game of cards, with each of the mothers talking about the successes of their children. When Peggy the Kangaroo is asked about her son Joe, a gruff voice is heard from her pouch. Peggy checks her pouch, where her son Joe is seen, who is revealed to be an overweight gamer still living in his mom, asking to bring leftovers from the party. Peggy comes back up nervously, calling Joe a late bloomer, as the camera zooms out to reveal that the entire table is being held on her belly.

- Two characters are named "Hank" and "Peggy," though they are seemingly ordinary names, the presence of both names may indicate a possible reference to Hank and Peggy Hill from the Mike Judge cartoon series King of the Hill.
The Stickening

Plot
While at an amusement park, Dot begs Yakko and Wakko to go on a teacup ride. While the Warners split up, Wakko's giant lollipop gets stuck on Dot's head, which proves to be very durable. While attempting to get the lollipop off Dot, she ends up sticking more objects and people on the lollipop (including Yakko and Wakko), eventually giving up.
Dot covers up the lollipop with tape and rides the teacup. On the ride, the lollipop sticks more objects and eventually spins so fast that the lollipop creates a tornado, sucking in everyone nearby, including Warner Bros. Studios staff and a clown. The lollipop's power eventually grows too great and becomes a black hole, sucking up the Warners, Warner Bros. Studios, all of Burbank, California and the co-stars of the show. The black hole eventually breaches into the real world and consumes the universe, a big bang following shortly.
Dot comes out with a bald spot and quotes about "going out with a big bang".

Slappy's Return

Plot
In Pensacola, Florida; a crowd of fans are standing outside a treehouse clamoring for Slappy Squirrel very late at night. The old squirrel then emerges angrily from her sleep, and laments how Pensacola isn't as quiet as she was told. She then steps outside and chastises her fans for interrupting her rest and retirement. As she returns piles of fan mail to them and insults them, the crowd continues to cheer her on, with one man exclaiming "She's still got it!" Slappy then sighs and retreats indoors. The cheering continues as the cartoon ends.

- This segment marks Slappy Squirrel's only speaking appearance in the reboot and the show's only Slappy Squirrel segment.

- At the end, Slappy grumbles to herself, "Ah, for the love of Pete Puma...", in reference to a nemesis of Bugs Bunny in the Robert McKimson short Rabbit's Kin, who would later make cameos in Tiny Toon Adventures as the janitor at Acme Loo.
- According to Gabe Swarr, this segment was a last minute addition in case the show didn't get renewed for another season.[4]

Plot
Yakko, Wakko and Dot give safety tips if one were to be stranded on the Giant Adirondack Chair with no one around.
While Dot tells the viewers to tune in next time on what to do if one were to wake up with a stiff neck during an incoming meteor impact, Yakko comes to the realization that there most likely "won't be a next time" as Animaniacs had not been renewed for more seasons. Wakko tears up in reaction to the news, while Dot continues to panic over the meteor. Yakko counsels his brother and sister, knowing that without Animaniacs in the peoples' lives, a little part of everyone would also die. Dot reminds Yakko of the meteor once again, prompting Yakko to prepare to say his last lines. As Wakko intervenes and comes up with his last lines, his speech is interrupted as the meteorite crashes; ending the segment and the reboot series.

- Paul Rugg isn't credited as part of the voice cast as Mr. Clown, but is credited for singing "Nice and Chubby Baby" as part of the song credits. This has also happened in past episodes of the series where actors who only sing aren't listed with the rest of the cast.
- In this episode, Grey DeLisle uses her "DeLisle" name rather than "Grey Griffin," which was previously used for episode 3.
- Following this episode, a Pinky and the Brain mini-series debuted on Hulu on March 17, 2023: The Brain Teaches World Domination (also a promotional tie-in with MasterClass). The mini-series is listed under the "Extras" section of the Animaniacs reboot.
