Plot The Warners ride a coin-operated rocket outside a mini-mart to get away from Ralph , who uses a coin-operated horse to chase them.
Trivia The Pick 'N Slave at the beginning of the cartoon is a reference to the Pick 'N Save grocery stores.
This is the final "new" chase sequence to be used in this series. The final chase sequence overall would be a very brief reuse of the "plane" sequence in episode 66 . Lookit the Fuzzy Heads Animation by Wang Film Production .
Plot Dr. Scratchansniff suggests to the Warners to have another one of his patients sit in on their session. Unfortunately, that patient is that animal-lover from Tiny Toon Adventures ELMYRA ! She chases the siblings all throughout the studio, until Yakko gets an idea. They trick Elmyra into chasing Mindy , thereby going through the same pain Buttons goes through, and saving the pooch the hassle of going after the little girl.
Crew Trivia Since Elmyra is an animal lover, four animal songs play in the background: "The Old Grey Mare", "The Animal Fair", "Oh Where Oh Where Has My Little Dog Gone" and "The Bear Went Over the Mountain".
This is one of the rare instances that the Warners lock themselves in the WB Tower.
This is the first time Yakko confronts Buttons and tells him that Mindy will be okay which gains his trust .
Additionally, this cartoon is one of the rare times where Buttons isn't in horrible pain and is actually happy at the end. Animation by Freelance Animators Co., Ltd.

Plot Slappy decides to get an extreme makeover to prepare for her cartoon comeback. Walter Wolf , however, decides to sabotage her plastic surgery.
Crew Trivia This marks the last regular use of the original Slappy Squirrel Theme . From season 3 onwards, a newer intro animated by Wang with an extended song and rebranded Slappy and Skippy title would be used. The original intro would later return one last time in "Soccer Coach Slappy ".
Slappy's Wilford Brimley joke is a reference to the film Cocoon .
This, along with Smell Ya Later and Woodstock Slappy were the only episodes of Slappy Squirrel animated at Tokyo Movie Shinsha Co., Ltd. .
When Skippy asks why Slappy needs to stage a comeback after enjoying retirement, she claims it is because cartoons have become boring and preachy, and uses a current cartoon talking about environmentalism as an example. Ironically, there have been Animaniacs episodes devoted to environmental issues.
When Skippy is in the waiting room, he's reading a magazine and he hums the Animaniacs theme song Quotes Slappy : I'm gonna transform into a butterfly, or Wilford Brimley, whichever comes out of a cocoon.Animation by Freelance Animators, Ltd..
