Fire

Use spells from Pyrokinetic school, Dragon's Blaze ability, grenades or fire arrows.

Inflicts Burning status, which deals fire damage each turn - this effect is blocked by magic armor. Removes Wet status.

This effect can be removed by Ice and Water - it creates a Smoke Cloud.

Explodes when combined with Poison. Ignites when combined with Oil.

Water

Use a spell from Hydrosophist school, grenades or water arrows.

Inflicts Wet status and removes Burning.

Can be changed into Steam by using Fire, frozen by Ice and Shocked by Air.

Blood

By dealing damage and using abilities from Necromancer school.

Can be frozen thanks to Ice and electrified thanks to Air.

Oil

Abilities from Geomancer school and Oil Flask item.

Inflicts Slowed effect, reduces speed of movement - this effect ignores character's armor (blocking it is impossible).

Gets ignited when combined with Fire.

Poison

Abilities from Geomancer school, arrows and grenades.

Inflicts Poisoned status that deals damage each turn - this effect is blocked by magic armor.

Explodes when combined with Fire.

Electrified Water

Inflicting Shock effect on a surface covered in Water.

Deals Air damage, inflicts Shocked and then Stunned effect.

Can be removed with Fire - it creates an Electrified Steam Cloud.

Electrified Blood

Inflicting Shock effect on a surface covered in Blood.

Deals Air damage, inflicts Shocked and then Stunned effect.

Can be removed with Fire - it creates an Electrified Blood Cloud.

Frozen

Inflicting Ice effect on a surface covered in Water.

Chance for inflicting Knocked Down effect.

Can be changed into water by using Fire.

Frozen Blood

Inflicting Ice effect on a surface covered in Blood.

Chance for inflicting Knocked Down effect.

Can be changed into bloody surface by using Fire or removed by Tornado spell.

Web

Inflicted by some enemies and Spider Legs ability (Polymorph).

Chance for inflicting Web effect that immobilizes a character. This effect ignores armor - it can be blocked.

Can be removed by Tornado spell.

Source

Can't be created - it can only be found on a map.

Allows a character to receive Source Points.

Bless effect can be inflicted on the previously described environmental effects - it blesses a given surface and completely changes its effects.

Grants invulnerability to Frozen effect and heals a character. Deals damage to Undead.

Heals a character and deals damage to Undead.

Heals a character.

Inflicts Haste effect which increase character's speed of movement and grants 1 additional AP per turn.

You can also inflict Curse on various effects - it curses a given surface and changes its effects to negative only. This effect is inflicted by many enemies.

Creates Necrofire effect that resembles a regular fire, however, this one can't be put out with water. Effects are blocked by magic armor.
