Rest in the flak tower is one of the last side quests in Disco Elysium. From this walkthrough, you will learn exactly where to rest and what you can gain by doing so.

While visiting the island in Disco Elysium, you can complete the short side quest Rest in the flak tower. This walkthrough explains where to find a mattress to rest on as well as what you can expect after falling asleep in a bunker.
Getting to the flak tower
Flak tower is a large bunker on the island. This is a location visited only in the final part of the main storyline, as part of the Go to the island quest.
You have to take a boat to the island and reach the entrance to the tower using a linear path shown in the screenshot.
Where can you rest?
While exploring the tower, reach the place with a generator. There is also a mattress shown in the screenshot above.
Interact with the mattress and choose the option to lie down and sleep.
Rest and completing the task
You will begin to explore the island in a dream, which will be part of the Offer figurines to Dolores Dei secret quest - we described it on a separate page of the guide.
After meeting Dolores (regardless of how the conversation goes), Harry will wake up in the tower. You can optionally tell Kim about your dream. You will complete the quest, receive 15 XP and you will be able to resume the main tasks associated with the island.
